A te reo Māori translation by Dr Karena Kelly of Mansfield's well known 1922 story, 'The Doll's House'.
Engari ko tā Kezia i pai rawa atu ai, ko tāna i mateoha ai, koia ko te rama.
But what Kezia liked more than anything, what she liked frightfully, was the lamp.

Te Whare Tāre is a te reo Māori translation of Katherine Mansfield's well-known story, 'The Doll's House'. First published in English in 1922, the te reo Māori translation by Dr Karena Kelly was published in 2018 and is the first ever publication of a Mansfield story in te reo Māori.
